Spoolit Techno provides custom software development services, including but not limited to: custom web apps, mobile apps, AI & chatbot solutions, backend & API engineering, database design, and frontend / UX work. We also operate a paid Discovery Call service and the upcoming Edu Hub SaaS product (currently in private beta).
We may add, modify, or discontinue any service at any time, with or without notice.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction. When you create an account, submit a form, or pay for a service, you represent that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete, and that you have authority to do so.
The Discovery Call is a paid, 1:1 consultation that books you a focused conversation with the Spoolit Techno team to discuss a custom software requirement. Specific terms:
All prices on this site are listed in Indian Rupees (₹ / INR). Payments are processed by Razorpay. By paying, you also agree to Razorpay's terms.
Prices are exclusive of GST unless explicitly stated otherwise. GST, where applicable, is added at checkout.
We try to keep pricing accurate, but errors can happen. If we discover a clear error in the price of a service you have booked, we will contact you before processing the order and offer the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel with a full refund.

Custom software work is governed by a separate written quote signed by both parties. The quote takes precedence over these Terms in case of conflict. Quote-level terms cover:
The website, its design, copy, code, brand, and any pre-existing tools, libraries, or frameworks we bring to a project remain our (or our licensors') intellectual property. You receive a non-exclusive licence to use deliverables only as part of your project, in line with §7.2.
On receipt of final payment for a milestone, we assign to you all rights, title, and interest in the custom deliverables created specifically for your project under that milestone, excluding our pre-existing IP and any third-party open-source components (which remain under their original licences). Until final payment, all deliverables remain our property.
You retain ownership of any content, data, designs, or materials you provide to us ("Client Content"). You grant us a limited licence to use Client Content solely to perform the services. You represent that you have the right to provide Client Content and that it does not infringe any third party's rights.
Each party will treat the other's confidential information (business plans, technical details, pricing, source code, designs, user data) with at least the same care it uses for its own confidential information, and not disclose it to third parties except as needed to perform the services or as required by law. A mutual NDA can be signed on request.
We warrant that we will perform the services with reasonable skill and care. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED, THE WEBSITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", AND WE DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPOOLIT TECHN'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU HAVE PAID TO US UNDER THE RELEVANT SERVICE IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.
You may stop using the website at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the website or any service at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. For custom project engagements, termination rights and consequences are governed by the signed project quote.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India. We will first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting you; if not resolved within 30 days, either party may initiate formal proceedings.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the change. Material changes will be highlighted on this page. Continued use of the website or services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
